Evaluations entail a detailed case history, a formal/informal assessment which is determined by individual needs. Findings will be discussed as well as recommendations for next steps.

Once the evaluation is complete, findings will be reviewed and discussed with client/caregiver/families. A treatment plan will be developed to address the individuals' needs. We will schedule treatment sessions to target these skills and create a home program to maximize progress.
